Please check availability by telephone or email prior to booking.
A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable when the cottage is booked. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Robert Silcox. We are pleased to accept payments by online banking. Please ask for details.
Provisional bookings can be held for up to seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit. Once the booking has been confirmed you are liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation. We will always endeavour to re-let, but it is in your interest to seek insurance against this event.
Cottages are available from 3.30 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival and we must ask you to vacate by 10.00 a.m. on departure date.
Damages or breakages to the accommodation or equipment must be paid for.
Please report any loss, breakage or damage so that it can be corrected before the next guests arrive.
Cars, boats, contents, luggage and personal belongings are at owner's risk.
The weekly rates quoted include bed linen. Towels are not included unless otherwise specified.
Pets are welcome at a charge of £20.00 per animal per week. All pets must have their own bedding and must not be allowed on the furniture. You are required to keep all animals under control whilst on the property and they must not be left unattended inside the cottages.
We now have a no-smoking policy in all of our cottages. You are welcome to smoke outside.
